Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Revquor LLC, 707 Alexander Road, Suite 208, Princeton, NJ 08540, USA (“Revquor”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, running a Revenue Scan, or submitting a demo request, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms cover this website and the text messaging (SMS) programs Revquor operates as a service provider on behalf of its client businesses, as set out in the section Text messaging programs we operate for client businesses. A paying or pilot client’s commercial access to the Revquor platform is governed by a separate written agreement with that client; that agreement governs the relationship between Revquor and the client, and does not displace the messaging terms published here for the people who receive messages.

This site describes the Revquor product and offers two interactive tools: the Revenue Scan, which produces an estimate from figures you supply, and a demo request form.

Revquor is an early-stage product. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site may change, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance or a commitment to deliver any specific feature by any particular date.

This is the most important term on this page. The Revenue Scan:

• is calculated entirely from the figures and ranges you enter, and from published industry benchmarks where you answer “not sure”;
• produces an estimated revenue opportunity, meaning revenue that may currently be going unrecovered — it is not a forecast of revenue you will earn;
• does not audit, verify, or connect to your practice management system, calendar, phone system, or accounting records;
• is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, medical, or clinical advice, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any business decision.

Results will differ from real outcomes. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about any amount of revenue you will recover, then or later.

Revquor supports revenue operations such as follow-up, scheduling, and reactivation. Revquor does not provide healthcare, diagnosis, treatment advice, or any clinical service, and does not replace the professional judgement of a licensed practitioner. You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and for the care your business delivers.

• Provide accurate information, and only submit contact details you are entitled to submit.
• Do not enter patient, client, health, or other sensitive personal information into any form on this site.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, overload, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the site or its underlying systems.
• Do not use automated means to submit forms, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
• Comply with the marketing, telephone, and messaging laws that apply to your own business when acting on anything you learn here.

When you submit a form we send transactional email confirming your submission. Where you separately ticked a consent box, we may also contact you by email, phone, or text about Revquor. Consent to that contact is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Revquor provides SMS services as a service provider on behalf of its client businesses, using licensed telecommunications providers, currently Telnyx and Twilio. A text message you receive under one of these programs is sent by the client business you contacted; that business is the sender and remains responsible for the conversation, and Revquor sends on its instructions.

Each client business publishes its own disclosure page naming it as the sender and giving its customer support contact. The following terms apply to every program:

• Program: customer care messaging about the service you contacted that business about.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or use the support contact on that business's disclosure page.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers and telecommunications providers needed to deliver the messaging service. See the Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

The Revquor name, logo, site content, design, and underlying software are owned by Revquor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share this site for your own evaluation purposes. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. The result of your own Revenue Scan is yours to use inside your business.

We provide this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not commit to any uptime for this marketing site and may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of this site or reliance on a Revenue Scan estimate.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
