Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Revquor marketing website, the Revquor Revenue Scan, and the demo request form on this site. It describes what those experiences collect today. It does not cover a customer production deployment of the Revquor platform, which is governed by the written agreement with that customer.

The controller of the information described here is Revquor LLC, 707 Alexander Road, Suite 208, Princeton, NJ 08540, USA.

We only collect information you type into a form, plus a minimal set of anonymous usage signals. We do not buy contact lists and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.

Revenue Scan submissions

• Business details you enter: business name, industry, number of locations, and average customer value.
• Operational estimates you enter: monthly inquiries, missed calls, inquiries never booked, appointments, no-shows, unrebooked cancellations, customer database size, reactivation habits, and expected return rate. You may answer with an exact number, a range, or “not sure”.
• Contact details you enter to receive your results: first name, work email address, and business phone number.
• The calculated result of your scan and a public scan reference in the form RQS-YYYY-XXXXXX.

Demo and contact requests

• First name, last name, work email address, and business phone number.
• Business name, industry, and number of locations.
• Your primary interest and any optional message you write.
• The Revenue Scan reference you arrived from, when you follow a link from your own scan results.

Consent records

When you tick a consent box we store the fact that you consented, the type of consent, the version identifier of the wording you were shown, and the timestamp. This exists so we can prove what you agreed to and when.

Anonymous usage and attribution

• A random anonymous identifier generated in your browser and stored in sessionStorage. It is scoped to the browser tab and is discarded when you close it.
• The first page path you landed on, the referring domain and path, and any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term values in the link you followed.
• Product funnel events such as starting a Revenue Scan, progressing through a step, or submitting a form.

Email delivery records

When we send you a transactional email we record the recipient address, which template was sent, the delivery status, any error returned, and the delivery provider’s message identifier.

The analytics in this website were built to be privacy-first. On this website we do not:

• set cookies of any kind, including advertising or analytics cookies;
• store your IP address or user-agent string alongside your activity;
• run device fingerprinting or cross-site tracking;
• run session replay or heatmap recording;
• embed third-party analytics or advertising pixels;
• sell or rent personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Because the site uses no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie consent banner. If that ever changes we will add one before the change takes effect and update this policy.

The Revenue Scan asks only about business operations. Please do not enter patient, client, or any other health information into the scan or the contact form.

• To calculate and return your Revenue Scan estimate and let you reopen it from your scan reference link.
• To email you your results and, where you asked for one, to arrange a demo.
• To respond to the request you submitted and to follow up about Revquor, where you consented to that contact.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns lead to completed scans and demo requests.
• To keep the service secure and reliable, including basic rate limiting and duplicate-submission protection.
• To keep records of the consent you gave, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for marketing follow-up, on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request to deliver the scan result or demo you asked for, and on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and measuring this website in an aggregate, privacy-preserving way.

Which specific laws apply to you depends on where you are located and where Revquor LLC operates from, in the State of New Jersey, USA.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf, each bound to process it only on our instructions:

• Resend — delivery of transactional email (your results email, demo confirmation, and our internal lead alerts).
• Our managed database and application hosting providers — storage of the records described above and serving this website. The current list of subprocessors is available on request at privacy@revquor.com.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We keep Revenue Scan records, demo requests, consent records, and email delivery records for as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise them. Our retention period is 24 months from your last interaction with us, except where a longer period is required for legal or compliance purposes.

Your anonymous browser identifier is not persistent: it lives in sessionStorage and is removed by your browser when the tab is closed.

• Consent boxes on this site are never pre-ticked. You choose whether to tick them, and consent to marketing contact is not a condition of receiving your scan estimate on screen.
• You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email we send you, or by writing to the address below.
• Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, contact privacy@revquor.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the period required by applicable law.

• Form submissions are written by server-side code only. The browser never holds a database key or an email provider key.
• Every database table used by this site has row-level security enabled with no public read or write access.
• All inputs are validated against a strict schema on the server, with length and value limits, and submissions are rate limited and de-duplicated.
• Transport is encrypted with HTTPS.
• No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is aimed at business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting how we contact you will be communicated before they take effect.
