Revquor Reputation

AI Reputation Management & Review Remediation

Two outcomes, one system: steadily earn more genuine reviews from real customers, and build evidence-backed remediation cases for the reviews that actually break Google's policies. Sold on its own — no other Revquor product required.

Compliant review generation

After a service, every eligible customer is invited the same way, through the channel they consented to. Feedback is captured privately first so you can fix problems, then the customer receives the official Google review link and decides for themselves whether and what to post.

  • • No review gating — we never ask only the happy customers.
  • • No incentives, no written-for-you reviews, nothing auto-posted on a customer's behalf.
  • • Quiet hours, consent, opt-out and re-ask limits enforced on every send.

Monitoring & review remediation

Every review is analysed against Google's published content policies and scored 0–100 for removal potential, with the factor-level reasoning visible. A legitimate bad experience is a service-recovery or response case — not a removal candidate.

  • • Fake engagement, conflict of interest, spam, harassment, personal information, impersonation.
  • • Evidence checklist and appeal history attached to every case.
  • • Human approval required before any report, appeal or published response.

How remediation works

  1. Step 1

    Google Business Profile

Connect each location so Revquor can read reviews and publish approved owner replies.

  2. Step 2

    Review scanner

New and historical reviews are imported and continuously monitored.

  3. Step 3

    AI policy analysis

Each review is scored against Google's prohibited and restricted content policies — never against how negative it is.

  4. Step 4

    Remediation recommendation

Remove candidate, appeal, service recovery, respond, or no action, with the reasoning shown in full.

  5. Step 5

    Human approval

Nothing is reported, appealed or published until a person signs off.

  6. Step 6

    Google reporting & appeal

Evidence-backed reports and appeals are tracked end to end, with every status change recorded.

  7. Step 7

    Response

Approved owner responses are published back to the review.

  8. Step 8

    Tracking

Rating trend, response rate, case outcomes and review-request performance.

A score you can defend

Removal potential is a transparent 0–100 model banded Low, Medium or High. Confidence is tracked separately, and a poor rating on its own contributes zero removal points.

0–40

Policy-match strength

How clearly the review breaks a specific Google policy.

0–30

Evidence strength

Transaction records, communications, contradictions, duplicates.

0–20

Pattern & context

Copy patterns, suspicious bursts, conflict-of-interest signals.

0–10

Procedural readiness

Exact policy basis, complete evidence pack, known report state.

What we will not claim

Revquor cannot guarantee that any review will be removed. Google alone decides, and only reviews that violate its policies are candidates for reporting. Everything else is handled the honest way: a public response, and where appropriate, a private service-recovery conversation with the customer.
